This, in turn, spurs dialogue between fragmented parts of our beings.

From the moment you enter a Body Fluency workshop, please be advised that THERE ARE NO RULES.
We have only a few simple "tools"of the trade:
1. Full-circuit breathing
2. Full-range of motion
3. Slowing the fuck down
(As an aside, please be further advised that facilitators do not curse in class, except for extreme cases.)
